How it works

1
Read the number of ways first
Each reel can show a different symbol count, which changes the number of ways available in the round. A qualifying way pays consecutively from the leftmost reel, only the highest win on an individual way is paid, and symbol payouts follow the bet you select. In practice: look at the current reel heights, find the matching run beginning on the left, then check whether a participating Wild multiplier affects that same winning combination.
2
Check whether an Emerald Wild belongs to the win
Emerald Wilds appear on reels two, three, four and five. They substitute for every symbol other than Scatter. Their base multiplier values follow the reel number: a Wild on reel two carries the reel-two value, through to the reel-five value. A multiplier applies when the Wild takes part in the winning combination you are reading.
3
Enter Free Spins through Scatters and pick an option
Three or more Scatters trigger the Free Spins Bonus, and the game then presents four picker options. The stake matches the stake that triggered the bonus, and Scatters do not land during the Free Spins mode. The matrix changes the number of spins and the Wild-multiplier level according to both the option you choose and whether three, four or five Scatters triggered the feature.
4
Buy Feature and RTP, each in its place
The rules describe a Buy Feature costing 90 times the current stake to purchase three Scatters in the base game, offered where the partner makes it available. The official partner game screen shows the options presented for your account and session.

Symbols and what each one does

Symbol	Role	Behaviour
Card Ranks	Low symbols	A, K, Q, J and 10 sit below every themed symbol, with A the highest of the five and 10 the lowest.
Coins	Themed symbol	The lowest of the themed symbols and the first one above the card ranks.
Dragon	Themed symbol	Stake's published symbol table ranks the dragon as the highest-value symbol of the set.
Emerald Wild	Wild	Lands on reels 2, 3, 4 and 5, substitutes for every symbol except Scatter, and carries a base multiplier value that matches the reel number. Several Emerald Wilds multiply their values inside the same winning combination.
Koi	Themed symbol	Ranked directly below the dragon in the same published table.
Scatter	Scatter	Three or more Scatters trigger the Free Spins Bonus at the stake of the triggering round. Emerald Wilds never substitute for it, and Scatters do not land while the bonus runs.
Sycee	Themed symbol	Ranked below the turtle and above the coins in the same published table.
Turtle	Themed symbol	Ranked below the koi and above the sycee in the same published table.

Eastern Emeralds MEGAWAYS is read from the grid before you look for a win. The number of ways changes with the symbol count on every reel, so there is no single permanent payline total to memorise. A configuration uses five reels with between two and seven symbols on each, reaching as many as 16,807 ways.

Everything here applies to Eastern Emeralds MEGAWAYS by Quickspin, not to the earlier Eastern Emeralds game released in 2018. The two titles share only the name. Start with the home page for that boundary, then follow a round here.

Read the number of ways first#

A matching symbol further right joins an existing way rather than creating a second payment. Demo lets you rehearse the order for free. A larger displayed ways figure changes the paths on screen. Keep a time and entertainment budget of your own.

Check whether an Emerald Wild belongs to the win#

When more than one Emerald Wild takes part in the same winning combination, their values multiply. That is the point to check after you identify the left-to-right combination. Features breaks down the Wild and the other choices in more detail.

Enter Free Spins through Scatters and pick an option#

The matrix ranges from 6, 12 or 24 spins with 5×, 6×, 7× or 8× Wild multipliers in one option to 15, 30 or 60 spins with 2×, 3×, 4× or 5× in another.

An optional Gamble may offer a chance to advance a three-Scatter trigger to four, or a four-Scatter trigger to five. The probability for each step is one in two; a five-Scatter trigger cannot enter Gamble, and a losing Gamble can forfeit the Free Spins you hold. It is optional.

Buy Feature and RTP, each in its place#

One configuration lists total RTP at 96.04%, with other versions at 94.05% and 87.05%, and the Buy Feature figure on its own at 96.29%. These are configuration facts, and RTP explains the differences between them.
